The site is a grid. Eight shelves (Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Libby, EPUB, PDF, Calibre) each have the same five topics: formats, devices, libraries, buying, and reading setup. Each topic has three guides. Open the shelf you actually use, then the problem you actually have.

How a guide is built
Each article starts with a short take, then one thing to do if you read nothing else, then a concrete case, then steps, mistakes, a checklist, and FAQ.
When a rule is regional, the page says so. US Kindle fulfillment from Libby is the usual example. Confirm the live screen; vendors move menus without notice.
